1. Controller

The controller of personal data of this website’s visitors (language cookie, technical logs as technically required) and of buyers who write to [email protected] is the Seller. Privacy requests go only to [email protected]. There is no telephone and no public contact form.

Operators of self-hosted NitroCart shops are independent controllers of their own customers. This policy does not replace 152-FZ / GDPR / UK GDPR / other duties of those operators.

2. Storefront data

Depending on the flow: name, email, Telegram identifiers if the visitor uses a Telegram channel operated for sales or support, order contents, tier, promo code, IP and User-Agent, cookies, partner ref (signed cookie), payment statuses from a provider (no full card data if this website never collects it).

This website may operate without an on-site checkout. In that case purchase data is processed in Telegram and/or by payment intermediaries under their terms; the Seller still processes what is required to issue a licence.

Crypto: the Seller or a payment intermediary may process wallet address / tx id as needed to match payment.

3. Purposes

Contract performance (licence delivery), anti-fraud, partner attribution, legal compliance, support, aggregated storefront improvement.

Legal bases where applicable: contract, legitimate interests (security), consent (non-essential cookies if separately enabled), law.

4. Recipients

Payment providers; licensing infrastructure (Guard) to issue a key (owner email and technical tier fields); hosting and email providers; public authorities when legally required.

Cross-border transfer may occur if infrastructure is outside the buyer’s country. Placing an order constitutes acknowledgement to the extent the law allows.

5. Retention

Order data is kept no longer than needed for the contract, accounting, disputes and law, then deleted or anonymised unless another legal basis applies.

6. Data-subject rights

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and supervisory complaint — where the law grants them. Requests only to [email protected]. Identity checks apply.

7. Cookies and similar storage

There is no separate cookie-policy page. This website uses only strictly necessary cookies and similar storage (including language preference and security). Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies are not used unless separately enabled in writing. Blocking necessary cookies may make the site unusable. Third-party fonts, Telegram or payment widgets, if embedded, may set their own cookies under their policies.

8. Checkout consent

The checkout tick, payment action, or equivalent confirmation includes acceptance of this policy.

9. Children

The service is not directed at persons under 18.

10. NitroCart install telemetry

See the EULA. That is install data, not storefront buyers, except if diagnostics accidentally contain personal data — the Licensee must prevent that.
