Switch domain via Cloudflare without reinstall
Pointing a new GEO or brand at your store should not require reinstalling the engine. DNS is the switch; the VPS and license should stay put.
What this is
Change the Cloudflare A record or CNAME to your existing VPS IP — license, database, and admin stay on the server. Add a subdomain for a new GEO or spin a second copy on another IP from your license pool.
How it works in NitroCart
- Same IP: update Cloudflare DNS — store answers on new hostname immediately.
- New GEO copy: deploy second VPS, point subdomain to new IP.
- Engine settings → License: second IP consumes one slot (Start 1, Pro 5, Enterprise 15).
- SSL: the certificate is set up for the domain during or after deploy.
Who it is for
- Media buyers launching GEO subdomains on existing infra.
- Agencies pointing client domains to deployed copies.
- Operators rebranding without migrating databases.
Workflow
- Open Cloudflare DNS for the target hostname.
- Set A record to the NitroCart VPS IP.
- Wait for propagation and verify SSL.
- Update site URL in admin if the canonical domain changed.
- Confirm Engine settings → License still shows VALID.
FAQ
Reinstall after domain change?
No — DNS only for same VPS.
Multiple subdomains, one IP?
Yes — Cloudflare can route several hostnames to one IP.
License tied to domain?
Tied to server IP, not hostname.

How much it costs
NitroCart is a license, not a subscription with a cut of your sales. Three plans, billed monthly, quarterly (up to −10%) or yearly (−25%):
- Start — from $99/mo ($890/year, ≈$74/mo), 1 store.
- Pro — from $199/mo ($1,790/year, ≈$149/mo), up to 5 concurrent stores.
- Enterprise — from $399/mo ($3,590/year, ≈$299/mo), up to 15 concurrent stores.
